What’s included in a one-time project?
You’ll get a full done-for-you setup — whether it’s a funnel, website, or automation build — delivered exactly as outlined in your chosen package. It also includes one round of revisions and basic walkthrough guidance once everything’s live.
Can I book one-time support for small fixes?
Yes. If you just need quick fixes or minor edits (like form setup, automation tweaks, or design adjustments), you can book Tech Support by the Hour. Perfect for patching things up without committing long-term.
How do payments work?
Full payment is required upfront before I start your project. Once the invoice is settled, your slot is secured in my schedule.
How fast is delivery?
Typical turnaround:
Small tasks: 1–3 business days
Full funnel or site builds: 7–14 business days
If you’re on a tight schedule, add a Rush Turnaround ($297) for 3-day delivery.
Do you offer refunds for one-time work?
No refunds once work has started, since your project time is reserved exclusively for you. However, I’ll make sure your deliverables match what’s promised before final handoff.
Can I request updates later on?
Absolutely. You can either rebook a one-time session or move into a monthly retainer plan if you expect ongoing changes.

How long is the contract?
Each monthly retainer comes with a 6-month commitment. This ensures consistent results and enough time to build and optimize your systems effectively.
How does payment work?
You can choose to pay monthly or in full.
Monthly payments are billed upon contract signing and automatically each month after.
Paying in full gives you a 10% discount on the total contract value.
Can I cancel early?
Yes, you can cancel before your contract ends, but a 30% cancellation fee based on the remaining contract value will apply. This covers booked project time and priority access you’ve secured in the schedule.

Can unused hours roll over?
No, retainer hours are designed for consistent month-to-month progress and don’t roll over. This keeps your momentum and ensures your projects move forward smoothly.
What if I need extra help beyond my retainer hours?
You can add on additional support at my hourly rate or as a one-time project—whichever fits best for what you need done.
