1. What is the Clarity Call?
The Clarity Call lets us dive into your goals, pain points, and tech gaps so I can recommend the perfect solution.

2. How do I get started?
Choose your package or book a Clarity Call. For one-time projects, you’ll receive a Jotform agreement and invoice for a 50% deposit. For monthly retainer clients, the full first-month payment is due on the contract signing date. Once payment is settled and you grant tool access, I’ll kick off your project immediately.

3. What platforms do you support?
I work with all major coaching and creative platforms, including Systeme.io, Kartra, Kajabi, Wix, WordPress, Zapier integrations, and more. If you use something else, just ask—I’ll learn it.

4. How many revisions are included?
Every package includes 1 round of revision to ensure your funnel, website, or design assets are pixel-perfect and performing at their best.

5. What if I need work outside my package hours?
Any additional work beyond your monthly retainer will be billed at $40/hour and added to your next invoice. Unused retainer hours do not roll over.

6. What is your turnaround time?
Typical delivery is 7–10 business days for a Starter Funnel or Essential Website build once I have all content and access details. Larger projects follow an agreed timeline outlined in your proposal.

7. Do you offer refunds?
I operate on a no-refund policy to protect the time I reserve exclusively for you. If I fail to deliver due to sickness, emergency, or personal matters, you’ll receive a pro-rated credit toward future work.

8. Can I upgrade or cancel my retainer?
Yes—retainers are flexible. You can upgrade or downgrade with 14 days’ notice.

9. How do you communicate during the project?
We’ll stay connected via your preferred tool (WhatsApp, LarkSuite, email, etc.). You’ll also get weekly progress updates and a final walkthrough.
